The launch of Horizons Telecom in 2010 was a defining milestone.
At a time when internet access was unreliable and unevenly distributed across
Brazil, Jacobovicz envisioned a company that could deliver stable, high-quality service

technology and strong operational standards, Horizons quickly gained traction.
The company is now a key player in Brazil’s telecommunications sector, with
Haroldo Jacobovicz’s forward-thinking leadership at the helm.

nonprofit organization that funds and supports 20 institutions in and around
