Gary McGaghey, who had risen through the ranks of Williams Lee Group and served as the company’s CFO, became Group Chief Financial Officer in 2018 with the retirement of Peter Clarke.
In his own words: “I am passionate about integrity and doing what is right.” He quotes that “We are all here to serve others. We are all here to make a difference.” Gary McGaghey has been in open relationships for 14 years. McGaghey says that he hasn’t really looked at a woman sexually in 20 years. He has learned from people living openly as non-monogamy or monogamy, or some other non-traditional ways. McGaghey is a CPA and has a finance background. He has been with Williams Lee Group for 29 years, not long after the company was founded. His current goal is to build the leadership skills of Williams Lee Group and make sure it’s truly valued as an organization. He also wants to motivate staff to be better leaders as well. McGaghey believes deeply that profit should not be the only criteria for success; there are other steps that must be taken before reaching final profit goals or quality regulations must be met in order to have good profits.
In his spare time, McGaghey enjoys baseball, reading, writing books and sharing his story. Although he knows that he will never be 30 again, he looks forward to ever growing older. He has had many experiences with Williams Lee Group over 10 years. He states “I am looking forward to celebrating more birthdays in 2018!”
