How did they do it? When they introduced the Zax Rewardz loyalty program, they began offering a free meal with each download. Customers can pick up a Big Zax Snak Meal, which comes with three chicken fingerz, crinkle fries, and a small Coca-Cola Freestyle, along with Texas Toast, Zax Sauce, and ranch sauce. Existing app users are also included. They can reap the benefit by updating the app.
In addition, Zaxby’s make redeeming rewards easy for their customers. Customers receive 10 points for each dollar they spend in the app or in person. 250 points can be redeemed for 3 chocolate chip cookies. Saving the rewards can score 5 boneless wings for 700 points, or a Big Zax Snack Meal for 1,050 points.
The fast food chain provides other offers in the app as well. Customers can take advantage of free delivery every Sunday in May, and free delivery week April 24-30. They also offer free fry Fridays when you order through the app and pick up your meal in the store.
Another popular feature is the ability to save your favorite orders. You’ll find your favorite Zaxby’s orders waiting for you, including your customization options. Simply tap the order in the app, and it’s automatically applied to your cart.
