Greg Aziz has been involved with these systems his entire life and has contributed widely to them through his work in engineering and as an industrial designer. Greg is the president of his firm in Los Angeles, designing and executing concept cars.
Greg says that he has always been fascinated by railroads as a boy who grew up in a house filled with trains and even designed full-scale train sets for his younger brothers. He started working on the designs for any car that could travel almost anywhere at one point enough to choose to start his own company. Besides cars, Greg Aziz also designs planes as well as ships that can be used for transporting other items (like mail) across continents.

Greg Aziz states how advancements in the railroad and freight industry have been made recently by the freight train by moving from diesel to natural gas and reducing emissions. More and more people are eco friendly and are thinking about the environment and railroads are a part of this by aiming for higher speeds and being more fuel efficient.

Other than using up valuable resources, the effects of the railroad industry have damaged communities over time, including those that were previously untouched by it. Greg Aziz finally adds that there has been an increase in railroads through economic growth, but cities must be prepared to rebuild after it passes by.
